Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We will accept a return of items that subject to the following conditions:
- the Items must be returned within 7 days of arrival date.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn and with their tag and protective hygienic strip attached, will not be accepted if either of these have been removed or altered, or if the item show sign of wear.
- Please notice you will have to cover shipping charges and costume duties for both directions.
- If you got free shipping with your purchase please be aware the price of shipping will be deducted from refund.
- In case of damage or defect item we will replace the item and cover all costs to do so.
*note: During COVID-19 returns are limited due to regulations in shipping to Indonesia
