How do i choose my size?

We recommend referring to our size guide for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Do your pieces fit true to size?

Our pieces are designed to fit true to size. Most of our swimwear includes adjustable elements for a more flexible, personalized fit, while our resort wear is intentionally relaxed and easy to wear designed to drape naturally with an effortless and relaxed fit, perfect for golden hour transitions and after sun moments.

Can I order different sizes for tops and bottoms?

Yes. Our tops and bottoms are sold separately, so you can select the fit that feels right for you.

Materials

What materials do you use?

Our swimwear is made from either recycled fabrics or premium nylon, depending on the piece, always chosen for comfort, support, and durability. Many styles also include hand-crafted crochet details. Resort wear and accessories are made from carefully selected materials chosen for their feel, function and longevity.

Are your pieces sustainably made?

We prioritize responsible production, including the use of recycled materials and considered small-batch manufacturing.

Where are your pieces made?

Each piece thoughtfully produced in collaboration with skilled Balinese makers.

Care

How should i care for my swimwear?

Rinse in cold water after use and lay flat to dry. Avoid harsh detergents, wringing, or tumble drying.

How should i care for resort wear and sarongs?

Hand wash or use a delicate cold cycle. Avoid hot water. Air dry to maintain the integrity of the fabric.

Orders & Shipping

Can I change my order?

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. Once confirmed, we’re unable to make changes.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide using express air freight. For a full list of destinations, please refer to our Shipping Information page.

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping within Indonesia.

International shipping is free on orders over $200 for the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Singapore. Orders below this threshold are shipped at a flat rate of $20.

For Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, and Italy, a flat rate of $24 applies.

For all other destinations, please refer to our Shipping Information page.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Orders to the United States and most parts of Australia are shipped via express service and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

For other destinations, delivery usually takes between 3–7 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Tracking details will be shared via email once your order has been shipped.

Can I pay for faster shipping?

All orders are shipped via our fastest available service.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. Please note that we are required to declare the full value of all orders for customs purposes.

How will I know if my order was received?

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to you!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

– Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
– Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and the protective hygienic strip intact
– Returns will not be accepted if items show any signs of wear or if tags or hygiene strips have been removed

We offer return addresses in the United States, Europe, and Australia, with free easy returns available for Australian and US customers.

For all other regions, customers are required to arrange and cover their own return shipping. Please note that for international returns, import duties or taxes may apply when the item re-enters Indonesia. Any applicable customs duties or import fees associated with returns remain the responsibility of the customer, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

For orders that qualified for complimentary shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

In the case of a damaged or defective item, we will arrange a replacement and cover all associated costs.

How will I be refunded?

Once your return has been received and meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed for the item(s), excluding shipping costs.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund.
