Ordering

Can I order a different size top and bottom?

Of course! All tops and bottom are sold separately. Most of us don’t were the same size on the top and bottom. So how could you not!?

Can I change my order?

As our team starts processing orders immediately after they are placed, we are not able to make any changes or cancel orders once they are placed.

Do you ship to my country?

Probably! You can check all countries we ship to in Shipping Info page. * We ship worldwide using express air freight.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free shipping over Indonesia

Flat rate of $9.95 or Free shipping on all orders over $120 USA, Australia, Canada and New Zealand (see more countries in shipping info)

Flat rate of $20 or Free shipping on all orders over $200 for  Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy (see more countries in shipping info)

How long will take to receive my package?

Your order will be despatched in the next business day. Shipping to Uniteds States of America, and most areas of Australia with DHL Express can take up to 3 – 5 business days. For the rest of the world can take up to 14 – business days from despatched to destination.

*Purchases made on weekends and Holidays will be processed the next business day.

Where my swimwear shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.

What about my tracking number?

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your goods have been shipped.

Can I pay for faster Shipping?

We ship the goods in the fastest method available to us.

Will I have to pay for possible customs fees?

Every country is different! You will be responsible for all the possible taxes and customs fees your country may charge for importing goods. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. Arun is legally required to declare the full valued paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs check

How will I know if my order was received?

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to you!

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return?

Yes Sure! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We will accept a return of any purchase subject to the following conditions:

We will accept a return of items that subject to the following conditions:

  • the Items must be returned within 7 days of arrival date. 
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn and with their tag and protective hygienic strip attached, will not be accepted if either of these have been removed or altered, or if the item show sign of wear.
  • Please notice you will have to cover shipping charges and costume duties for both directions.
  • If you got free shipping with your purchase please be aware the price of shipping will be deducted from refund. 
  • In case of damage or defect item we will replace the item and cover all costs to do so. 

*note: During COVID-19 returns are limited due to regulations in shipping to Indonesia

  1. All sale items are final. No return or exchange for discounted item, including items bought with progressive sale discount. 
How will I be refunded?

Once the goods have been received and checked to make sure they meet the conditions approved the refund will be issued for the total price excluding mail cost.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges on any times. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund.
