Arun, a rising swimwear brand based in Bali that provides classy, fun, and sustainable beachwear, is thrilled to announce the opening of its third flagship store in Berawa, Canggu! How much is the shipping cost?

• Free shipping for all orders shipping in Indonesia
• Free International shipping is available on orders over $200
• USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Singapore: Otherwise, a flat rate of $20 applies.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

• Orders to the United States and most parts of Australia are typically shipped with DHL Express and take three to five business days to arrive.
• Shipping can take up to 14 days in other parts of the world.

Who will pay for the customs fees?

Every country has different import rules and customs fees. You are responsible for taxes and fees your country may charge. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information.

Arun is required by law to report the total value of your purchases, and an invoice must be included for custom inspection.

Can I change my order?

Once you place an order, we will start processing it right away. Sadly, we can't make any changes or cancel your order.

Do you have sizes for all women?

Do you accept change of items purchased?

We can’t exchange items. If you need a different size or style, please order a new item and follow the return process to get a refund.

How will I get my refund?

Once we receive the item and after checking its condition, we will refund the total price minus the shipping cost.
